30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Initiating a Return

All items are eligible for return. Personalized items, and items on sale are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective. Additionally, to complete your return, we may require proof of purchase.

Refund Process

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days. The time it takes for the credit to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
